Shipping policy

I do my best to get every order to you quickly and in great condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
At this time, I only ship within the United States.

Digital Products

If you purchased a digital product (like a workbook or guide), your download link will be delivered instantly to the email you used at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email kesha@keshaspeaks.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the damage so I can make it right.
