At Kesha Speaks, every product is created with intention and care. Because my items include digital downloads and limited-run physical goods, all sales are final. I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
That said, I want you to have a great experience.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery by emailing kesha@keshaspeaks.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. I’ll review it promptly and make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or offering another suitable resolution.
