About Kesha

I’m Kesha Phillips, the storyteller and creator behind Kesha Speaks.
I put language to the things women have felt, noticed, questioned, and carried but haven’t always known how to explain.
My work isn’t about telling you whether to stay, leave, forgive, or move on. It’s about helping you recognize what you’re experiencing, hear yourself more clearly, and trust your own judgment.
How Kesha Speaks Began
Kesha Speaks began when I started talking honestly about what I was experiencing in my own marriage.
I thought I was simply telling my story. Then women began saying the same thing over and over:
“You gave me the words.”
That’s when I realized the story might have been personal, but the patterns weren’t.
Women saw themselves in conversations about emotional labor, resentment, intimacy, identity, overfunctioning, and what happens when being the strong one starts costing you too much.
My story opened the door. Helping women name what they’re experiencing became the work.
What You’ll Find Here
This shop is where insight becomes something you can actually use.
You’ll find workbooks, journals, and clarity tools designed to help you slow down, sort through what you’re feeling, and put your own thoughts somewhere outside of your head.
These tools won’t make your decisions for you. They’ll help you ask better questions, recognize patterns, and find your own way through the fog.
Because sometimes you don’t need someone to give you the answer.
You need language, space, and enough clarity to hear your own.

I’m also the founder of Soulful Rubber Media, a creative agency that helps organizations tell stories with depth and design with purpose. That strategic side of me, the builder and systems thinker, shows up here too.
Kesha Speaks is where my creativity meets my calling. It’s storytelling, healing, and helping women find their way back home to themselves.
