I’m not here to sugarcoat your pain. I’m here to help you make sense of it.

Kesha Speaks was born in that quiet space between heartbreak and healing. That strange in-between where you’re no longer who you were, but not quite who you’re becoming either.

I built this space for women like me. The ones who’ve spent years over-functioning, people-pleasing, and mistaking emotional labor for love. The ones finally saying, “I’m done pretending peace feels like silence.”

For a long time, I was the strong one. The fixer. The one who kept it together even when I was falling apart inside. But eventually, I realized silence wasn’t strength. It was survival. So I started speaking.

That’s how Kesha Speaks began, not as a brand but as a truth-telling space.

What I Do

I use my voice, my story, and my creative background to help women name what hurts and remember who they are.

Through videos, writing, and tools like journals, workbooks, and The SpeakEasy newsletter, I help women move from confusion to clarity, from isolation to peace that actually feels like peace.

I’m also the founder of Soulful Rubber Media, a creative agency that helps organizations tell stories with depth and design with purpose. That strategic side of me, the builder and systems thinker, shows up here too.
